Article 3: Purposes for which the personal data are processed
The customer’s personal data is collected to achieve the following purposes:
• To be able to provide the services and/or products offered by DogSoul and to prepare the necessary documents for this.
To provide information about DogSoul, its services, and its products via newsletters, sending an email with thevarious offers that could interest the customer. This only happens if the customer has expressly agreed to this.
• To handle complaints, suggestions, reports, and questions.
• To provide information to third parties if this is necessary based on legislation and regulations. This only happens on the basis of vital interest, in collaboration with a subcontractor or at the request of the person in question.
Article 4: Personal data of the customer that is retained
For the above purposes, we may request, collect, and process the following personal data from you.
When purchasing products, services online, or consultation at home:
• Personal identity data : surname, first name, address, telephone number, email;
• In preparation for a consultation, DogSoul will ask you to complete a personal questionnaire with personal identity information: name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail as well as general information: home and family situation, contact details of the veterinarian and necessary information regarding the reason of the consultation;
• Interests regarding our products and services.
Depending on the type of consultation, DogSoul draws up a customer report. This is stored internally, so that follow-up is possible.
We only use the collected data for the purposes for which we obtained the data.
Article 5: Provision to third parties
DogSoul may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.
Third parties that DogSoul collaborates with are:
• Independent employees of DogSoul
Naturally, we have agreements with these parties to ensure the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we will not pass on the information you provide to third parties unless this is legally required.
Article 6: The period for which the data is kept
Animal coach Adrienn Marancsik/DogSoul does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.
Accounting documents are kept for seven years from January 1 following their financial year.
Personal data will be kept for a maximum of five years.
The cases from the consultations are kept for life for educational purposes. All personal data will be deleted, and names will be changed.

You always have the right to:
• View collected data (According to Article 15 GDPR);
• Make improvements (According to Article 16 GDPR);
• Have data deleted (according to Article 17 GDPR);
• To restriction of processing (According to Article 18 GDPR);

• Right to object (According to Article 21 GDPR).

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commission, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
